Preparing an Expert Witness report includes:
Interview with Client | Review of Documents | Preparation of Report

In order to accurately determine the final fee for preparing a report we need to assess the complexity of the case and the volume of the documentation. An estimate for reviewing documents is approximately 4 hours per full lever arch file. Time taken to prepare a report depends on the volume of documents, complexity of subject matter and time taken to assess the client.
